PRODUCT PRICES
All display prices on this website are inclusive of the Malaysia Government’s Sales and Service
Tax (SST) and subject to change at any time. Products are sold for personal use only.
PRODUCT CANCELLATION

MerryLife International Sdn Bhd reserves the right to make order cancellation if the product is not available for any reasons.

If that’s the case, an email will be delivered to your registered email address to notify you of the cancellation of your order.

Refund will be credited into your credit card, bank account or store wallet account within 90 days.

Order cancellation by customer is STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED once an order confirmation email is issued and/or the parcel has been shipped.
DISCREPANCY
If there is a discrepancy between your ordered products and the products delivered, please contact our Customer Service by phone 03-92010707 or
email: [email protected] to report on the products upon 7 days of receiving the goods. Our Customer Service personnel will get back to you within 3 working days to assist you.
RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
This Returns, Refund, Exchange Policy is to be only applicable for MerryLife International Sdn Bhd.
This policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable.
PRODUCT RETURN & EXCHANGE

Request must be made within 7 days from the date of received.

Customers are required to provide receipt or proof of purchase.

Product exchange is subject to stock availability and approval.

We reserve the right to do an exchange by way of an item(s) of an equal value or lower value.

Exchange product that value less than the return value, there will be no refund for the difference of price.

Products for exchange shall be returned in its new, unused, original condition, quantity, and packaging as it
first delivered to customer. Items purchased as part of a set, or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

- If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or

- If the products delivered is expired; or
-
- If the product is delivered is incorrect.

We will not charge shipping costs for the return of faulty or damaged items.
